I will be laying a wreath at the Paramedic Carlos Lillo Memorial Park at 21st Avenue and 76th Street in Astoria on Saturday September 11th 2010 at 1300 hours to honor my classmate, co-worker and friend. Anyone wishing to join me is welcome. This isn't a formal official event, just a show of respect and love.

Sad anniversary. I can't believe it's been 9 years. I recall seeing FDNY hero Timothy Stackpole receive an award at the Irish Fair the previous Sat. and on Tuesday came the terrorist attack. Sadly, they still hate us although we are the most generous and free country but that discussion is for a different forum. Never forget! I will make my annual pilgrimage to Ground Zero today and wait for the Tribute in Light to get turned-on.
