Finally saw some real tennis today. I was at the court where Victoria Azarenka collapsed and was laying motionless for a couple of minutes, probably the scariest moment I have ever seen at a tennis match. I choose not to take pictures of the incident.

Some images from today.

Very nice, Eric! I love the second one of Bondarenko. Love the vantage point from the top. Were they taken from the top of Louis Armstrong, looking down into the Grandstand? Or are they from the top of Ashe? I love the ones of Wozniacki, too!

The US Open is always an amazing event. I went on Sunday (last day of practice, for free) and spent the day with my 100-400L. You were able to see some BIG names, from REALLY up close. I spend a good hour and a half within 25 feet of Ana Ivanovic, falling more and more in love with her each minute. (I was also at her Monday night first-round match, and stayed to the very end. I fought my way through hundreds of 10-year-olds, shoved one to the ground, stole one of their Sharpies, and gave Ana my hat. She signed it. But didn't look at me. Next time I see her play, I'm making a HUGE sign saying, "Ana. You're beautiful and you're fantastic at tennis. Funny how sometimes a guy's dream girl doesn't know he exists.").

Here are some of my shots. Sorry for the low-quality. Needed to save space. Eric, I hope you don't feel like I'm hijacking your thread. Just piggy-backing!

Nope, good to see some other Shots other then mine. Looks like you got some good shots. I was there on Sunday too.

The Overhead shots are from the walk way over looking the Grandstand, probably my favorite spot. This is my 14th year going, by now I know all the good spots.
