I'm looking to have a dinner for us! Some food, some drinks, many friends and maybe I can get a contest or two setup for everyone!

My PROPOSAL is March 6, 5:30pm at the 56th Fighter Group at FRG (http://www.56thfgrestaurant.com/index.html). You folks let me know if you can make it and are interested, and if response is good, I'll make a reservation.

If you have a problem in attending; don't like the restaurant, money, transportation, date, time, please let me know...in private if you'd like.

I would love for everyone who can come to show up. This includes lurkers!! Don't be shy!

the 56th is a great place, will try to make it barring some unforseen circumstances.

THe date is fine but I would recommend 630PM.

THough 56ths is cool, if some want something less expensive, there is always HOOTERS 1 mile north. Highheels and Mel can wear matching shirts.

I like the idea of the 56th - never been disappointed with a meal there, but I agree with Mario, a little later start time might be better. Of course, if you want to get there at 5:30 and hang out at the bar until dinner, you could always do that.

I'd love to but I'll be jetting home from Hawaii on the 6th, won't arrive back until 12:40am. Have a drink for me.

Hmmmm. If i dont have this new position I can do a swap and I should get there. If I get the new position I have no clue as to my schedule and days off. Its a set pay so there can be days i'm off early and days i'm there late. Cant do anything till the dust settles or untill its closer to the date.

Ha! Yeah, on US you might as well just buy the tickets. Delta is like 200 roundtrip to alot of places in Fla from LGA lately though.

The location MAY change, but I think the date and time will be as mentioned.

I'll firm it all up this week. My only concern about the Fighter Group is price, but I think it would be a good venue to have an event at, at least once. Hooters...eh...if we go there someone might get pregnant.

This sounds like a great gig, but I'm not back in NY until the next weekend. I'll hit everybody up for evening festivities individually.

Partially kidding: Does Dave & Buster's still have that flight sim?

Have fun!

Futt, last time I was there they did. I really hope they still have it.

Anyone close by there that can confirm it's on site?

D&B would be cheaper, in the same area, and would allow us to have a very fun time after dinner for both young and old. Any objections?

No objections and both flight sims are there. was there a month ago and the sims were still up and running. I declare 2 tourney's. 1st an air hockey tourney and the 2nd a racing tourney. Winner of each gets a game card. Amount varying by entries :borat: Or if anybody has suggestions say what u got.

No, unfortuneately every time we try to get together and see who can piss the dishwasher off more one of our schedules intrudes. I think we have been **** talking each other since the AF380 came to town.
