Zucker must be pissed as all hell. If he really does screw Conan, Conan should fill the entire hour of reading the Bible. He has total creative control over the show so he can do what he wants and Zucker can't do a thing.

Is the show set up like Letterman's show? Like Conan owns the production company which is in contract with the broadcaster?

No. NBC owns the Tonight Show name and everything associated with it.

Letterman was a different situation, since CBS didn't have a late night show at the time...Letterman was able to start it from scratch.
