Getting a little late but I thought an NYCA dinner would be good.

There's a restaurant in Whitestone, Queens that I think would be a good setting for us. It's right off the highway, easy to get to from Long Island and right over the Whitestone Bridge for those coming from the north. Good menu, not expensive. Parking isn't too bad and it's accessible by public transport (bus on the corner).

Right now I'm thinking about the date being either Tuesday the 15th, Wednesday the 16th, or maybe even that weekend after.

If you have INTEREST in going and are free that week, please let me know, and give me your date preference. I will need to know if I need to make a reservation for 5 or 10 or 30 or whatever.

Thanks!

Keep the Christ in Christmas, you heathen!

Oh, and Happy Chanukah

(actually, I hate being PC and would rather say Merry Christmas nad Happy Chanukah, but those bumper stickers are a bit nutty IMHO.)

I'd also like to say that this dinner would be welcome to any lurkers here on the site. You don't have to be an active message board member to come along. Just email me at [email protected] to let me know if you're interested. I might bring some other aviation guests as well.

I know it's last minute and it sucks to see so many people that might not be able to make it. I'm currently leaning towards December 16th (Wednesday).

I'm going to the restaurant soon to talk with them and will come back with details.
