Probably nothing more than a cockpit warning light or something the pilots felt or heard. Better safe than sorry and being
PD they can land anywhere and not get hassled. This isnt the first time and probably not the last the PD has put down to
check on something. In a few instances they actually put the ship on a flatbed and had it taken back to Floyd B. I witnessed
one years ago when a PD JetRanger, PD 3 landed in Crocheron Park in Bayside, Queens. It took hours before the ship was
packed up and taken away. It was like an event in the neighborhood. LOL

Same chopper had to land in Prospect Park around 1am Tuesday morning, again due to a faulty warning light.

I thought that was weird, too. FAA records show it was delivered in 2004, I guess it might have been one of the earliest. Still, I think they can get more than six years out of her. Our tax dollars at work. :x

the Koalas aren't going to be replaced, not yet at least. 412PD and 414PD will be. 23FH is sticking around as well.
