L.A. Store Reopens After Lakers' Riot
A downtown L.A. shoe store vandalized following the Lakers' win is reopening.
The shoe store looted during a riot in downtown Los Angeles plans to reopen this weekend.
He says after the Lakers win on Sunday, he got the from his alarm company that there had been a break-in.
"There were people running around. As I walked up to my store there was boxes of shoes everywhere, scattered all over the street," Torres says. "There was shoes, burnt and lit on fire."
Torres says he’s gotten support from around the world, including donations to his Paypal account.
