A startup called Air Azul (not to be confused with Azul Brazil) has announced public charter service between a few small cities and Newark beginning June 1st. Based in Surfside, FL, Air Azul will use a single leased Sun Country 737-800.

Lansing, MI
South Bend, IN
Toledo, OH
Rockford, IL
They'll be serving the same cities from BWI as well.
Oddly, there is barely any blue in their logo or on their website, just teal and green. :roll:
