NW Employees With Delta Flight Benefits?

I was just wondering. Now that DL and NW are technically one airline, do NWA employees get free space available flights on Delta flights now?

There where some threads about this on the blue site and yes current NW employees can fly DL free and current DL can fly NW. This took effect I think in either Sept or Oct 08.

Ironically as I was reading this thread a DL A-319 was passing our ramp tower at LGA.
