According to this photo, it looks like the super chopper has been pressed into rescue duty yet again, this time for a jumper off the Manhattan Bridge.

the helo is outfitted with a hoist just like 412PD and 414PD, so dropping and recovering swimmers is no problem. the major difference is the equipment that those other two helos don't have

No question that it's perfectly capable of doing that job, it's just strange that both of their dedicated rescue choppers seem to be MIA.

Actually Moose took a picture of 412PD over by the downed USAir jet in Jersey City last Thursday. Knowing how many missions
the AU undertake it is quite possible the other 412s were unavailable but still in service.
