MSN 033 (http://www.flightglobal.com/blogs/flightblogger/2009/01/new-year-welcomes-air-france-a.html), scheduled for September delivery and to enter service on CDG-YUL. Once they get a second WhaleJet they will probably fly it on CDG-JFK, but that is seven copies (MSN 40) down the assembly line and probably won't be delivered until 2010.

interesting that they'd rather fly it to YUL than JFK...

There has been some speculation as to whether their first destination will be JFK or YUL. The first passenger flight SHOULD be in October of 2009.

Depending on whether or not the new Air France livery has a new tail scheme we will not see this A380 in the current Air France scheme.

YUL-Europe has traditionally been a very low-yield market; mainly Quebecois tourism and VFR connecting through to North Africa. I'm sure AF would rather haul the people from YUL and keep the frequencies and the premium pax happy at JFK.
