I can't find any full stories about this yet, but saw this on the Reuters "EU Mergers and Takeovers" wire...
Spanish air transport company Iberia acquires two Spanish air transport companies Vueling and Clickair (notified Nov. 11/deadline Dec. 16)
Iberia would control some vast majority of Spain's air traffic if this deal is allowed. Vueling had already begun the process of merging with Clickair in October, while Iberia is in merger talks with British Airways.
