Body of Female Passenger Found in Delta Air Lines Bathroom

Delta Air Lines flight attendants found a woman's body in the restroom of a plane that landed in Atlanta early Wednesday morning, a company spokeswoman said.
The passenger's body was found on Delta flight 950 that arrived in Atlanta from Los Angeles at 5:51 a.m. Wednesday, according to spokeswoman Keyra Johnson. She said the crew noticed the restroom was occupied on final approach.
Johnson said that authorities were notified and met the plane at the gate. The discovery of the body did not disrupt Delta flight operations or have any impact on other passengers, according to Johnson.
Authorities have not determined the cause of death or released the woman's name.
