Israir to Ax JFK After Summer Season

Another airline lost in the variety of JFK. This morning an Israeli newspaper reported that Israir will be axing TLV-NYC after the summer season due to high fuel costs.

The competition from Continental, Delta. and El Al is also very strong.

Get the A330 while you can, not that the aircraft is very shootable.

Well keep in mind they've been operating to JFK for four years now. Apparently the A330 will be returned to the lessor.

I don't think so. They had flights infrequently, but I think they operated year round.
