Hi all-

Dave from LiveATC.net - haven't been here in a while. Glad to be back on here again.

The current location of my JFK feed equipment will become unavailable starting September 1, 2008. Therefore I am looking for a new location to host the equipment.

The ideal volunteer site:

1) Within 5-10 "air miles" of JFK or close enough to get decent reception
2) DSL or cable Internet connection
3) About 6 sq feet of free space for a computer and 8 scanners
4) An existing scanner antenna that we can tie into - or the ability to install a small scanner antenna outside or in an attic.

I would come by and do the install - the volunteer would typically not have to do anything but let the equipment run. It does not use much bandwidth to send the streams (~128kbps upstream).

If you are able to help and/or know someone else who is, please contact me directly at dave <at> liveatc.net. No need to follow up here really unless you have questions that might benefit the wider audience.

Thanks!
Dave from LiveATC.net
