Tim Russert, NBC journalist and political heavyweight host of "Meet the Press," has died after collapsing at NBC's Washington news bureau, a source said. He was 58 years old.
A great loss to the country in this election year. Very sad.

Unbelievably sad. Only 58 and at the top of the game. Right now ALL the cable channels are talking and reminscing. Not only was he a great journalist/reporter but from all reports a GOOD GUY!!! or as we say in Yiddish...a MENSCH!!! Very sad indeed. He will be missed!!

An incredible loss - who will we turn to for all the info with this election! He was the best political commentator I have ever come across - a sad loss. RIP Tim Russert.
