Poorly translated press release:

Paris, France - The transatlantic flights will start from June
(WAPA) - L'Avion, all business airline, after the excellent results achieved on the Paris-New York route, has signed a partnership agreement with OpenSkies, affiliated British Airways. The transatlantic flights will start from June.

Thanks to this code-share agreement L'Avion will operate a third daily frequency on the "JFK" airport of New York, with departure from Orly at 10:40 am and arrival in NY at 2:00 pm. (Avionews)

Nice, coming into JFK. Good for those of us who want to get pics but aren't up for NJ police encounters.

Is this L'Avion operating the flight, or OpenSkies?

Its a L'Avion flight number but with OpenSky metal. L'Avion is codesharing with OpenSky's, their planes will not be at JFK.

Ahh, there now seems to be an article about it in real English:

http://www.businesstravelworld.com/nav? ... ce=7150823 (http://www.businesstravelworld.com/nav?page=businesstravelworld.gen_obj_redirects.new s&fixture_news=7150823&resource=7150823&view_resource=7150823)

This makes slightly more sense, but still very odd that L'Avion is sort of competing against itself here.
