MEXICO CITY: Eleven soldiers died on Friday and one more was injured as an army helicopter crashed in the west Mexican state of Michoacan, authorities said.
Sources at the public prosecutor's office said that one colonel, two lieutenants and eight rank-and-file soldiers were killed.
