Something just doesn't add up here. This state senator is opposed to limiting frivolous lawsuits, so to prove his point he goes off and files one of his own? I don't see how that demonstrates anything that actually supports his position, and I don't see how he could make any legitimate claim that his lawsuit is anything but frivolous.
