I got out of work a little early and headed out to Burger King as they were using 31's. After a while, I pressed my luck (with success) at Costco. But before Cathay and ATA's DC-10 came in, they switched to 22's pushing heavies to the backlit R runway.

Last time I saw the KLM 330 2 years ago at kewr and I blurred the shot and kicked myself every time I saw a KLM bird since. AHHH redemption. Thanks bro.

The Arke is very cool.

I didn't know the the LTU had a graphic on the belly! Much more attractive now.

Yes it's the NEW new colors replacing the old new colors (without the belly graphic). I like it much better than the old old colors.

Damn, Kenny! What is it with you and always catching the LTU new colors? :)

Some great shots from today and neat catch of the Arke!

Really great catches.

I actually flew over JFK that day on my way from ISP to PNE (Philly Northeast) and back. On the return, NY Approach kept me at 5500 feet with the 31L departures passing 500 feet below me, and the LTU A333 passed directly below me as it swung around Jamaica bay after takeoff.

Was pretty wild!
