I was recently asked in an email if a photo of mine could be used.

It would be used in a US DOT filing for the China Route Proceding. It's going to be a powerpoint exhibit.

Would you charge anything? Or just request credit?

Is someone profiting off of it? Sounds like it.

Figure the company's size and charge a fair price. How big do they want it? $100 maybe? Maybe much more, maybe much less. Feel it out. :)

Be sure to use "one time use" terms so they know they can't use the pic whenever they want to in the future.

Well, if its for an airline, I would say charge quite a bit, that route is worth millions.
