Bachelorette party goes wild
PORTLAND, Ore., July 11 (UPI) -- A bachelorette party in Portland, Ore., allegedly disintegrated into a mini-crime spree when male strippers decided to keep their clothes on.

KGW-TV, Portland, Ore., reported that the strippers said they stopped their act Saturday night because the women feting their bride-to-be friend were too drunk and unruly.

When the stripper's bodyguard told maid of honor Tessa Weller, 19, that he was taking his comrades home, she allegedly called her boyfriend to retrieve the $200 they were reportedly paid, the Washington County, Ore., sheriff's department said.

The three victims said they pulled over after realizing one of their tires was slashed and were confronted by a bat-wielding Joshua Fultz, 21, who demanded the bachelorettes' money back, KGW-TV said.

They forked over the cash and then called police, who arrested Fultz, Weller and Marisella Lee Vidalez, 19, on a variety of charges including weapons violations, robbery and the tire slashing.
