Is there anythign that is not the norml for airline collecting, or somethign pertainign to your travels, that you collect?

I think about in Saving Private Ryan how the one guy collecting dirt samples from each country he went to.

I myself collect hotel key cards (I've got about 12 from different palces...I discard duplicates).

Do you guys do anything?

I save/collect hotel key cards, but I don't give it too much thought.

When I was younger, I would get a monument from a city I would visit. E.g. Big Ben and Tower Bridge from London, Eiffel Tower from Paris, Space Needle from Seattle and line them up along my window sill. I began to lose interest as I got older and my travel brought me to some smaller cities that didn't have any notable buildings. Plus my window sill was getting full.

I have friends who collect mini flags from each country, currency (small denominations!), and another who collects unopened glass Coke bottles from each country.

stop bragging. you still don't even have a single number in your collection. not by choice, but i usually end up keeping a hotel key in my pocket for a while.

I don't collect those, this is a little off, but I keep my boarding passes (Delta lets you).

Umm...SWA takes your boarding pass. Not all airlines let you keep them.

You can keep part of the boarding pass on SWA, at least the card you print at the airport, if you want it. Of course, most people don't need it, since you just get herded into an open seat anyway

Really? I've always done the online thing (for the A Boarding Pass), so they scan it and take it.
