Havana says U.S. immigration policies giving most Cubans almost guaranteed residency encourages them to risk their lives to get to the United States, and says that American officials have long tolerated — even encouraged — violence against the communist-run country.
So Cubans hijack a plane in order to come to the US. Then Cuba blames the US, calling it a terrorist attack from us. And why? Becuase we let people become citizens easily.
He is saying that his people are carrying out crimes becuase of our freedom. If his country wasn't that bad, people wouldn't be willing to become violent to escape it!
I really hope his people are smart enough to see through that garbage.
