Some of my friends gave up alcohol for lent, which has resulted in me going out/drinking slightly less than usual. I sorta haven't been to church in quite awhile so I kinda haven't bothered with the no meat on Fridays thing.
I just had a great burger from this new place in Midtown called Lucky's. I've never been to In-N-Out, but the co-workers I went with said it's very similar. All I know is it definitely wasn't a New York-style burger, as it had mustard on it and it wasn't huge the way burgers at a lot of higher end NY burger places tend to be, it was just the right size.

I'm not catholic, i'm a non-denominational Christian.
So, for dinner tonight, i'm going to have a nice, big, juicy steak!!! :D

If you can't spell steak, you don't deserve to eat it.

The Vatican came up with this to promote the fishing industry in Italy. When a Bishop can waive the rule for St. Patrick's Day I really don't think you will burn in hell for forgetting.

I really hate talking religion or politics, BUT...
if the Catholic church can forgive the pedophile priests, I seriously doubt there is a problem eating meat on Fridays during Lent.

Exactly, I very much believe in Christ, but I don't believe in the Catholic Church.

Well I'm already going to hell for a variety of other sins so eating meat on Friday's is neither here nor there, lol

I went to Burrito Loco '
well that is fitting, you are one Loco burrito!
just got back from my meeting with the Pope, its official, he's decreed that chicken is not meat and therefore acceptable.
I'm catholic, but don't care.
