Hello All--

For those who care and have been following me, I have officially been offered a job by Southwest Airlines as a Customer Service Agent. I start March 19th, and will move in March 16th. For those who followed, you all saw I made an attempt to become a Flight Attendent (based on the UPS Deaf driving incident topic), I decided to go for a ground position, let the company follow me and then after a year see if I can go for in flight with SWA.

So from on out anyone flying through STL on SWA or otherwise please give me a PM, I will be happy to meet you all for a few, and I hope to use my benefits to come out to NYC and spot with you all in due time.

Looking forward to working for an airline and one of my favorites, and to be among the people who also work for other airlines.

Congrats Alex. Have fun learning res language now. LOL You are going to hear jargon like PNR and IVOL etc lol. It will bring you nightmares in your sleep. Have fun though most importantly and now you shall be much closer to you beloved "Kiosks" ;)

Ryan- I know most my codes actually :-P

PNR would be Passenger Name Record and not sure of IVOL I admit, should come easy for me!

Airport codes and 24HR time I already have down memorized :-P

Also I hope you have a system like TIPS or something because breaking down the diffrent fare codes etc and calc lines sucks manually.
