How can you ban a word?

You can't, there's something called the first amendment. But little things like the constitution don't get in the way of our esteemed City Council. This is the same body that staged a banquet honoring the genocidal dictator Robert Mugabe. If not for their skills in kissing the right political party cronies' asses, most of these people would be in jail, mental institutions, or driving gypsy cabs. I'm not even kidding.

Sorry but you can't live here anymore:

This all stems from a comedian's rant? Yes, it is definitely an inappropriate term but you would think the New York City Council would have more important matters to handle.

I can't wait to see someone enforce this and get shot down for free speech.

I thkn I'm going to redefine the word. I'm going to start using it and claim that in England it means "nice day".
