I just receved this from a friend who works for Grumman.....Cough... Northrop Grumman. sorry

" Are you aware that you were standing on a scared spot when you took one of the large panoramas of the entire complex looking east? (It's where they now park new Honda cars.) That spot (slab) was once the factory building occupied by Grumman in their Farmingdale days. Our first fighter was delivered from that very spot. And to think our last fighter sits a mere few hundred yards away, 63 years apart. "

i've tried it but messed it up by having the wrong focal length.

This was an old one....the best way is full Manual mode....NO auto focus,
No auto WB, No Av or T mode....JUST M.

Hint : do not focus on near or far object....focus in the middle, ie...the
focus should have been the stairs on the far right of image on the
Farmingdale photo.

Here are two more old ones... I really have to dig for newer shots

One more thing...do not forget to have fun.

These were not mine but I had fun with them anyway... I like wrapping
pano's. I always think of Disney's "I'ts a small world" when making these!
