Bay Area, Here We Come (Again):
JetBlue Announces New Service to
San Francisco International Airport

Nonstop Flights Starting At $99(a) to
Boston and New York City Begin May 3

JetBlue Will Offer the Most Flights of Any Airline
Between New York City and the Bay Area

NEW YORK, Jan. 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- JetBlue Airways
(Nasdaq:JBLU) today announces its continued expansion in the Bay Area
with new low-fare service between San Francisco International Airport
(SFO) and both New York/JFK and Boston beginning May 3, 2007. With the
addition of JetBlue's five daily flights to SFO, the low-fare airline
will offer the most nonstop flights between New York City and the Bay
Area -- where it already serves Oakland and San Jose -- as well as the
most California destinations served nonstop from both Boston and New
York City.

To celebrate JetBlue's commitment to the Bay Area, the award-winning
low-fare carrier is offering one-way fares from San Francisco, Oakland,
and San Jose to Boston and New York City starting at $99(a) each way,
with regular fares ranging between $159(a) and $399(a) each way.

"San Franciscans have been loyal to JetBlue since 2000 when we first
launched service to Oakland International Airport," said David
Neeleman, Founder and CEO of JetBlue. "Our customers continually asked
for more service from more airports -- it's important for our customers
to have choice and low fares. We look forward to welcoming them aboard
even more nonstop flights, regardless of which airport they prefer to
use. And beginning in March, our Bay Area customers will enjoy one of
the most comfortable and spacious coach products in the U.S., with a
minimum of 34 inches of seat pitch at every seat."

"I am pleased to welcome the JetBlue family to San Francisco," said
Mayor Gavin Newsom. "JetBlue represents the same qualities that come to
mind when one thinks of San Francisco's economy: innovation and
creativity. I am proud that we have a company of their stature now
flying to San Francisco and contributing greatly to our future growth."

"San Francisco International Airport is very pleased to have JetBlue as
its newest carrier," said John L. Martin, SFO Airport Director. "Just
as SFO is committed to providing our travelers with unsurpassed safety,
security and customer service, JetBlue has created a brand that is
synonymous with first class customer service at an outstanding value.
By providing more choices for travel, all of our passengers will
benefit from JetBlue's SFO service."

In addition to its new service to San Francisco, JetBlue already offers
Bay Area customers daily nonstop service from both Oakland and San Jose
to New York City and Boston. JetBlue also flies daily from Oakland to
LA/Long Beach, CA; Washington, DC/Dulles; and Fort Lauderdale, FL. For
customers traveling beyond these cities, the low-fare airline offers
convenient connecting service to dozens of destinations across the
United States and Caribbean.

Well they are def firing over Virgin's bow before Virgin takes off. SFO is delay prone, just going to make B6s ontime performance even worse.
