Saw this post on A net. today..Thought it would be interesting being we are just starting at SWF

Just because they chose those slots doesn't mean they will be using all of them. Usually the airlines at HPN bargain and trade slots. I would expect the neighborhood will object to the late PM slots for a larger aircraft.

I don't think the neighborhood can object. The only restriction at HPN is volume of movements per hour and number of commercial passengers per hour. The agreement is only on no commercial flights between Midnight and 5.30am. The private movements are asked to try and not come through during those hours as well.

There is big money in that neighborhood. The terminal was purposely built undersized and the county doesn't want to hear anything about expansions. You can fly what ever you want but can't handle the loads through the terminal.
