A new regional airline, Porter Airlines (http://flyporter.com), started scheduled service today with 10 daily flights between Toronto's downtown "Island" airport WTZ and Ottawa YOW using brand new Q400 aircraft. With firm orders for 10 of these and stated intentions of expanding, it may not be too long before they reach the NYC area. (Maybe LGA???)
Sorry, not PR yet, still looking, but I did hear on the radio this morning that their inaugural flight touched down just before 8:00 AM.
