I was just reorganizing photos this morning and came across this, from Memorial day weekend.
The Mustang had just taken off, followed by the A-10 which sped up to catch up and was soon applying speedbrakes, as shown, on the way to Jones Beach. And the Delta was inbound from points Europe.
And sometimes, no matter how bad the light or haze, you have to capture the moment. Long Island skies are just amazing.
