I have finally realized that I am not going to waste my time anymore... I
have been told in emails by lots of people that I need to upload some
shots as I have not uploaded in a while. I now realize that waisting my
time is not fun and I am not going to do any more uploads ever again....
I am pissed, Airwiners.net I understand but I did not think my shots were
ALL as ****ty as they say!

here are some of the rejections from today alone!!!

I hear you! I've submitted a few to jetphotos.net too and all have been rejected. Their reasoning is that they are too soft. I have a few hundred from a "good" day at shooting and picked out what I thought were perfect. I guess by their standards I'm wrong.

Since I have access to a photo minilab, I printed about 30 of my images 10x15 and most look good.

Whatever they want.

Fred! Calm down! I am not on my good monitor so I don't know about the heat distortion but a couple of the pics are not centered. Take a deep breath and relax. I will say a couple of those shots are taken in poorly lit conditions so that could be part of the problem as well. I will call you and talk you down. You can't quit Fred, don't take this attitude.

Fred,

I have to be honest, I can understnad why you received those rejections. When one take shots on a dreary day, it usually affects the quality substantially. Your whole batch fell into that category.

I say keep trying! You knwo you're a great photographer. It would suck to not see more of your shots there.

Fred they are all appropriate rejections, i'm not sure that you can do much with them even if you re-edit them. they are extremly soft to say the least, we screen each photo on it's merits, we're not out to get you, it's just a fact that some shots are not up to standard and we reject them accordingly. keep on working at it! you should also ask for help in the JP forums.

We spoke about the shots Fred and you know I'm honest when I said they weren't your best work. For the most part not of any fault of your own. Your amount of photos on Jp.net proves that. The conditions in which they were shot in just were poor. I didn't upload one photo from from the airshow because the light and the sky were simply not up to par. Then shooting from New Highway at FRG is a challenge as well after 11Am, everything is just back-lit. The shot of Fat Albert with the Vortex coming off the props is fantastic but the conditions, light, and distance just didn't add up. I don't think any of us could have got a great shot of her. I know it sucks when opportunity like this is granted to us and the conditions just don't make it right for ideal shooting.

Hey Fred, keep your head up. you have great stuff!

Remember our convo the other night?? regarding that Blue Angel shot I took? Rememeber how I sent you thoser photos by email?

Well it just got accepted. But havea second look at it.

In fact, I always feel that my photos are OVERSHARPENED but that is what is deemed acceptable.

im telling you man, the editing part is what I find difficult.

Have a look at my latest batch, via my link below.
