Boeing N727PN at JFK has strange titles now

Many of you have probably have seen N727PN hanging aorund JFK over the last few months every other week. It now parks over next to NWA Cargo and DHL Cargo Areas for some reason and its not even cargo.
I noticed today it has has some strange titles placed on it. Who is this perons whos name is on the plane?

Thanks for the info Tom. I'm glad to see he made the plane a little more distinct and got it away from that generic B727 Corperate look.
