According to this thread:

http://www.airliners.net/discussions/ge ... n/2589004/ (http://www.airliners.net/discussions/general_aviation/read.main/2589004/)

Delta is operating a charter flight from ATL to TRN via JFK on the 777-200 for the Torino Olympics.

Not sure how long it's going to last but heres the info on the current flight:

Great to see the Delta 777 back at JFK!

Nothing super special but:
Went to JFK to get the DAL 777 OPF Olympic stuff. Before leaving I noticed 2 DAL 772s at Term3.

Senga, just getting that at JFK is super special. That's one plane that I've wanted to get for a while. Nice shot.

I've seen it on approach to JFK a couple times and is definitely one of the nicest 777 liveries.

Senga do you know if these are on an offical charter schedule, normal schedule or are they operating as needed? Who would have guessed we'd be getting excited about Delta at JFK. Very nice photo as well Senga.
