Aloha fly's 737-700's from the west coast to HNL.
WN fly's 737-700's Transcon.
TWA use to fly 742s from LAX to LHR.
Mexicana fly's 319s to JFK from Mexico City.
LH fly's a A320 or did fly an A320 from Germany to EWR in biz class config.
CO fly's 757's from EWR to Berlin.
Air Canada fly's an A319 from JFK to YVR.
AA fly's 757's from DFW to ANC.

Thats what I can think of for now.

A340-500: EWR-SIN
A340-600: JFK-BKK

CO also flies the 757 to Oslo (and maybe other locations in Europe), which is pretty darn far.

I had the *pleasure* of flying on a COEx ERJ145 from EWR to TUL -- well over two hours. I know HP Express has some flights on RJs from PHX to places east of the Mississippi.

777-200ER Ewr-Hkg
747-400ER Lax-Mel, i've endured that flight and it's horrific to say the least, block to block was just over 16hr 20min with an airborne time of 15hr 45

DC-3 with ferry tanks HNL to Tarawa, 2200 nm. CV-340 ,non-stop DAY-ELP in my freight dog days ,took about 6.7 hrs, landed with good reserves, the winds were kind. The DC-3 took 15.5 hrs to wend its way HNL to Tarawa, had 17 hrs of fuel on board, and no viable alternates after we left Johnston Island in our wake 6 hrs into the journey. O' the life of a ferry pilot. Buon Natale,God bless us everyone! Gents.
