I took a last second trip to TEB to get a shot of BAC- One-Eleven N200EE. It was arriving from CYUL and I have VER little time to get there. Luckily there was no traffic on the GWB! This shoudl be my 3rd photo of a BA11. The other 2 being Us Air BA11 (fire trainers) at MCO and N999BW. The weather was just CRAP but I think they turned out ok considering. I can never get enough of the oldschoolers!

Last time I was at an airport I locked msyelf out of the car. This time as I was trying to get a shot of te BA11 I unknowingly walked onto some ice on a (Mote) and fell through up to my knees in ice cold sewage! I am airing my car out as I type this.

So what's worse - ice cold sewage, or locking yourself out of the car?

Nice pix, btw!

Glad you went out to get this one Senga.

Not too many "pocket rockets" left.

Tom, yes if I am correct the only one flying with inthe US are
Select Aircraft (UES based):
N200EE
N200JX
N111JX

Northrop Grumman (BWI based):
N161NG
N162W
N164W

N999BW Jetplace (DAL Based) seems to have been pulled from service at this time.
John, I kind of enjoyed forgetting my keys in the car more than drudging through freezing cold water in 34 degree weather :) BTW it was a 2 way trip! :) Since I was soaked below the knees I didn't care about getting wet over again and just waded through it like a champ! I wonder what on -lookers thought.

last one I saw was Tikal Jet out of Guatamala, a year or 2 back, but they were retired in favor of some series 30,Diesel 9s.

Here are some shots of the Hilton 1-11 over on a.net:

http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?regsearch=N123H&distinct_entry=true

It's marked "Earthwinds Chase Plane" Earthwinds was a balloon which made
several round-the-world attempts in the early '90s piloted by Larry Newman.
One flight the balloon was named "Virgin Earthwinds" and two later flights
"Earthwinds Hilton". I'm assuming Richard Branson had some connection to
that first one.

Wow thats a nice looking one there. Do you know where it is now? Is it one of the ones that is currently flying but has been reregistered and renamed?
