Midwest Express just landed - 1225 local. Gotta be here for the Isles. Actually have my camera. Will try to get some pics, albeit through the window. Will post them tonight sometime....I hope.

Thanks for sharing John!!! Now if some of these airlines would actually start service to FRG than my life would be complete.

I am sure theoretically you could get a couple airlines interested in FRG Joe, but the airport has been deemed to be for specific non-airline purposes by the powers that be.

Old habits die hard. I know they dropped it, but for some reasonI cant stop calling them that. Calling them Midwest, fells like your forgetting something.

i wonder if FRG willl ever see a 717 brought in for a charter?

I doubt it. Midwest had the MD81's in the 2x2 executive seating configuration. They seem to bring the same one in all the time N804ME, so something tells me that particular aircraft is still in the special config.
I believe the B717's are all 3x2 seating, but then again, I could be wrong.
