The one in College Point off of the Linden Place exit (Exit 14) of the Whtiestone Expressway does let you pay for tickets as I understand.

You just go to the second floor instead of facing the zoo on the first floor.

If you got the ticket in Suffolk you can go to the traffic court and pay the clerk.

Matt, listen, if you have under 6 points, fight it, dont pay it.

I've had a clean record. Then, in December, some guy tagged me at 72 in a 50 on the Clearview, (when I was living in Whitestone and commuting to Lindy)

Anyway, b/c I was lazy, going through the closing on the house and my scheduling was insane, I jsut gave in and paid the ticket.

Then I got a new notice in the mail that the new law in NY is that if you have 6 or more points on your license, you know owe the DMV, (above the price and surcharge of hte ticket), $300 bucks, flat out.

So, if you have any points OR got a ticket worth six pts (thats usually 21-30 over the limit), FIGHT IT, dont pay it.

In the final analysis, since the room and board were free for a year, I'm still in the blue. But FIGHT IT.
