Trip to Intrepid and Fleet week festival

Is anyone interesting to go to Intrepid and Fleet week festival this long weekend? Plan to be there either Saturday or Monday.

I went twice, on Saturday and Tuesday(Less crowded). Saturday was better as I got to see the Queen Mary 2 berthed next to the John F. Kennedy. Fleet Week used to have airshows on Saturday. I recall the Marine's Harriers performing above the Hudson in years past. This may be the carrier's last NYC visit as the budget cuts are forcing the Navy to mothball at least 1 carrier.
