As we mentioned not too long ago, unless you drive a jet dragster or a diesel, putting jet fuel in your car will likely result in stalling and/or damage.
That’s what happened to several drivers when they filled up at the Delta (no relation to the airline, but maybe therein lies the confusion) gas station in Keyport, NJ this past weekend apparently after a fuel truck delivered the wrong product.
We tweeted about a similar incident on November 5 when gasoline pumps at a New Jersey Hess station were filling cars with diesel.
