This Iran Air Fokker F-100 lost one of the two wheels that make up its nose landing gear while taking off from Tehran for Ahwaz. After circling to burn fuel, the plane landed safely back in Tehran. The brown material seen spraying into the air is actually fire retardant foam that was spread onto the runway, not dirt.
