Daily Nashville flights will commence Dec. 19, 2012, while daily Oklahoma City service launches on Feb. 14, 2013.
All flights will be operated under the United Express banner aboard ExpressJet-operated, 50-seat regional jets.
“United is pleased to link our Cleveland hub with Nashville and Oklahoma City as we continue to offer customers flights to the places they want to go,” said Jim Ferea, United’s managing director domestic planning. “Nashville has the largest number of travelers among cities that United doesn’t currently serve from Cleveland, and the Oklahoma City flights will support Northeast Ohio’s growing energy sector.”
United also announced that it will drop its current Cleveland-Green Bay flights effective Dec. 18. The airline will continue to serve Green Bay from its Chicago-O’Hare hub.
