Three parking attendants at a lot attached to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum’s Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center (aka avgeek mecca) have been charged with stealing $400,000 by unplugging the machines that counted cars and then simply pocketing visitors’ $15 parking fees. [DCist]
