Bawer Aksal of North Bergen, NJ, was arrested after a female passenger aboard a Phoenix-Newark flight complained that he touched her breasts and genitals while she was sleeping in the seat next to him. Aksal told police that the woman forced his hand into her lap. [NBC New York]
