Spanish authorities have arrested three Al Qaeda operatives who had obtained explosives and had been training to fly ultralight airplanes, Spain’s Interior Minister Jorge Fernandez Diaz said. “There is a clear indication that those arrested could have been planning an attack in Spain or in Europe,” said Diaz.
