A Boeing employee became trapped under the landing gear of a 787 Dreamliner as it was being towed at Paine Field on Friday night, according to published reports.
Rescuers freed the victim from beneath the right wing landing gear at around 6:30 pm local time and rushed by helicopter to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. There was no word on his condition other than that he was being treated for leg injuries.
The plane was painted in Japan Airlines livery and did not have an engine installed on its right wing, according to witnesses.
