• Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary says the airline’s new in-flight video system will allow passengers to watch pornographic movies, justifying it by saying, “Hotels around the world have it, so why wouldn’t we?” Well, for one thing, Mr. O’Leary, hotel customers are separated by walls and doors. Airbus may face a criminal probe from Indian authorities over a 2005 order for A320s by the now defunct Indian Airlines. [Bangalore Aviation]

• French investigators have now identified the remains of 153 victims of Air France Flight 447. [RTE]

• Dozens of flights have been canceled by India’s Kingfisher Airlines this week, though there are conflicting reports on whether it is due to cash shortages, a reorganization or both. [Hindustan Times]

• A pilot for England’s Red Arrows aerobatic team was killed Tuesday when his ejector seat fired while his plane was on the ground at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire. It is only the second fatal accident in the team’s history, the first coming just a few weeks ago when a plane crashed during a performance. [Sky News]

• Somebody shined a laser at six planes on approach to LaGuardia Airport on Saturday. [USA Today]
