A man was arrested and held for psychiatric evaluation after being found swimming near a fuel farm at the airport.

The Port Authority says the man was spotted by a police patrol Tuesday morning. He proceeded to head for dry ground and run toward the fuel tanks, though did not enter a restricted area before being caught near a dock.

He was charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
