Missing US Air Force F-16 Pilot Found Dead in Nevada, Was Unable to Eject

Captain Eric Ziegler was unable to eject before his F-16 Fighting Falcon crashed during a training exercise Tuesday night, according to Air Force officials. He leaves behind a wife and 9-month-old daughter.

FAA Fines Boeing Over $1 Million for Failing to Fix 777 Oxygen Systems
